Internship Overview

This internship offers socially media-savvy individuals a chance to dive deep into digital marketing with a focus on Instagram. The role involves creating, managing, and optimizing engaging content and campaigns designed to boost brand visibility and lead generation for Budding Mariners.

Key Responsibilities

Design and roll out captivating Instagram campaigns aimed at increasing brand recognition and driving traffic.
Develop content strategies that specifically target lead acquisition through Instagram.
Track, analyze, and report social media metrics to assess campaign performance and guide future planning.
Monitor weekly growth data related to follower engagement and leads generated.
Interact promptly and professionally with the Instagram audience by managing comments and messages.
Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas within the maritime sector.
Work in coordination with the marketing team to align social media tactics with broader business objectives.
Keep abreast of updates to Instagram algorithms and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
Support content creation, including caption writing, scheduling posts, and designing appealing visual graphics.

Candidate Eligibility

Must be available to work remotely during the entire 6-month internship.
Should be able to commence the internship between July 15, 2026 and August 19, 2026.
Possess relevant skills and interest in social media marketing.

Additional Requirements

Experience in growing an Instagram page from zero to 10,000 followers is essential.
Preferably an iPhone user.
