AI Engineer (Generative AI / RAG / LangGraph / Python)

Role Overview

We seek a proficient AI Engineer with specialized skills in Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangGraph, Elastic Knowledge, and Python programming. The successful candidate will focus on designing, implementing, and deploying robust enterprise-level AI solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and design scalable generative AI applications using Python.
• Create and enhance RAG-based pipelines to improve knowledge retrieval processes.
• Build AI workflows and multi-agent systems leveraging LangGraph technology.
• Design and refine prompts and prompt templates tailored to diverse LLM scenarios.
• Integrate enterprise knowledge bases via Elastic Knowledge or Elasticsearch-based systems.
• Develop intelligent AI assistants, chatbots, and autonomous AI solutions.
• Interface LLMs with enterprise APIs, databases, and document storage systems.
• Enhance retrieval accuracy, context handling, and response quality.
• Implement vector and semantic search functionalities.
• Assess, fine-tune, and oversee LLM performance metrics.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand AI use cases and translate them into technical deployments.
• Adhere to principles of AI governance, security protocols, and ethical AI best practices.

Required Expertise

• Advanced proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies.
• Competency in Prompt Engineering and methods to optimize prompts.
• Experience in developing applications utilizing Generative AI technologies.
• Familiarity with Elastic Knowledge or Elasticsearch for enterprise search capabilities.
• Exposure to LangChain ecosystem development.
• Integration experience with leading LLM providers such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar.
• Knowledge of vector database solutions including Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate, or Milvus.
• Experience creating AI agents and managing multi-step workflow systems.
• Strong grasp of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Working knowledge of Git version control, Docker containers, and CI/CD processes.
