Role Overview

Seeking an Assistant General Manager for Purchase to oversee material planning, procurement processes, and vendor negotiations, ensuring smooth and timely supply operations at the Pune location.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage material requirements efficiently to support business needs.
Handle the complete procurement lifecycle including issuing purchase orders aligned with specified standards and turnaround time.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure quality inspections and delivery schedules are adhered to.
Oversee supplier-related health, safety, and environmental contracts alongside conducting audits and performance evaluations.
Ensure suppliers comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

Graduate degree required.
Skills in purchase management, stakeholder engagement, ERP usage, and familiarity with ISO standards.
Experience handling supplier HSE compliance and audits beneficial.
