Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of all project packages to ensure smooth progression.
  • Support the supervision of CSA, structural, and MEP activities at the project site.
  • Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including HVAC, Electrical, Cleanroom, and Mechanical divisions to facilitate timely project execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, generate reports, and track progress accurately.
  • Help manage vendor communications, procurement processes, and resource allocation.
  • Engage in site inspections, conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), and participate in audits.
  • Assist in identifying risks, resolving issues, and escalating concerns promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates must have a BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with 6 to 12 years of relevant experience. The ideal applicant will have strong expertise in program and project management within heavy industrial projects, assisting with planning, monitoring, and coordinating engineering and operations tasks to facilitate smooth project execution.
