Key Responsibilities

• Oversee global drug development programs, ensuring consistency with strategic goals, schedules, and critical milestones throughout product lifecycles.
• Create, update, and supervise integrated program plans and timelines, recognizing dependencies, vital paths, and potential risks.
• Enable cross-functional teamwork by organizing program meetings, setting agendas, recording decisions, and monitoring action items.
• Collaborate with scientific, clinical, and business leaders to convert complex data into strategic briefs and executive communications.
• Facilitate sound decision-making by proactively recognizing challenges, resolving conflicts, and escalating major risks when required.
• Assist in budget planning and monitoring, emphasizing financial considerations and ensuring resource efficiency.
• Lead planning workshops and engage in continuous improvement efforts to refine program management methodologies, governance, and operational effectiveness.
• Provide expert program management guidance to core and satellite teams, mentor stakeholders, and uphold organizational best practices.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree with over 8 years of professional experience in clinical and drug development within biotech or pharmaceutical sectors, or a master’s degree (or higher) with minimum 6 years relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of global drug development processes, lifecycle management, and managing cross-functional programs.
• Proven leadership of intricate, matrixed teams involving multiple global stakeholders.
• Expertise in project planning, risk management, milestone oversight, and governance.
• Ability to translate detailed scientific/technical information into strategic business insights and executive-level reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities with effective priority management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, promoting collaborative and inclusive leadership styles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support global program engagements.
