Role Overview
- Assist various advisory workstreams, increasing involvement with clients, advisors, and investors.
- Help prepare transaction-related documents such as teasers, information memorandums, and management presentations.
- Support due diligence activities for potential funding partners.
- Conduct detailed analyses of market conditions, industries, and individual companies.
- Construct and maintain financial models for project finance deals, aiding bid strategies and evaluating financing scenarios.
- Provide assistance in negotiations concerning project documentation and funding competitions.
- Contribute to the creation of term sheets and finance contracts.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience within banking or advisory services.
- Master's degree focused on Finance.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical capabilities.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in English and German languages.
