Base Lodge Kitchen Helper

Job Overview

This position is based in Ontario at Rankin Location 15 D and involves supporting kitchen operations within a base lodge environment.

Key Duties

• Clearing food waste from used dinnerware and placing it into the dishwasher for cleaning.
• Washing and sanitizing all utensils and glassware.
• Collecting garbage and properly sorting it according to disposal, composting, or recycling protocols.
• Performing food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables and washing lettuce, excluding cooking activities.
• Maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment regularly.
• Ensuring storage areas remain tidy and organized.
• Checking cleanliness of fridges, freezers, and loading dock areas consistently.
• Adhering to safety guidelines in accordance with OHSA regulations and supporting environmental green initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits
