About HDR and Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Prequalification (PQ) documents, and other solicitations to identify scope, requirements, and submission guidelines.
- Coordinate and prepare proposal submissions, encompassing resumes, project experience documentation, interview materials, and presentations.
- Create, maintain, and update proposal templates, boilerplate content, and standard marketing collateral.
- Systematically archive and organize submitted proposals, presentations, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate professional photography for projects to enhance proposals and marketing efforts.
- Monitor client portals, industry websites, and solicitation platforms for new opportunities and status updates.
- Track outcomes of proposals, gather feedback, and document lessons learned to refine future submissions.
- Maintain current company registrations and information on client and government portals.
- Ensure accurate project and resume information within business development databases.
- Support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and financial systems by providing data for reporting, dashboards, and performance indicators.
- Generate regular proposal reports, including pipeline status, submission deadlines, success rates, workload, and results.
- Participate in internal meetings and prepare associated documentation and notes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline.
- One to two years’ experience in proposals, bids, business development, or marketing, preferably within engineering or consultancy sectors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and effective time management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially InDesign, is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication abilities both written and verbal.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as InDesign.
