Role Overview and Daily Duties

This position involves on-site daily tasks at client locations, focusing on upgrading and maintaining computer hardware and networks. Key activities include installing and upgrading SSDs and RAM, setting up antivirus software, configuring computer networks, and working with wifi routers.

Technical Responsibilities

• Perform upgrades on SSDs and RAM modules to enhance computer performance.
• Install and configure antivirus programs to ensure device security.
• Set up and manage computer networking solutions, including crimping and punching cables for connectivity.
• Configure wifi routers and enable seamless wireless connections.
• Install printers and multifunction all-in-one printers for client use.
• Deploy and set up new desktop and laptop computers.
• Facilitate computer sharing and networking among multiple devices.
