Content Coordinator

About the Role

As a Content Coordinator within the Ecommerce & UX department, you will enhance the online shopping experience by managing site content, supporting merchandising strategies, and ensuring a seamless digital presence through scheduled updates and optimizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assemble website content such as pulling gazettes, managing contact sheets, archiving weekly updates, creating linking documentation, and supporting ongoing content execution.
• Collaborate with the Merchandising team to enhance product visibility and boost customer engagement.
• Work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Front-End Development teams to ensure a smooth and integrated online user experience.
• Keep informed on current trends and best practices in digital merchandising and content management.
• Develop and maintain systems for content tracking, linking, and organization to facilitate smooth content handoffs and efficient updates.
• Conduct regular audits—weekly, monthly, and quarterly—to verify content accuracy, link functionality, and correct use of imagery.
• Monitor content performance metrics and share insights to refine engagement and effectiveness.
• Support A/B testing efforts alongside the Digital Operations team and Sr. Manager of User Experience to optimize site content and layout.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Keen interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, online merchandising, and enhancing customer experiences.
• Exceptional precision in managing, organizing, and tracking content activities.
• Foundational knowledge of website analytics and customer behavior to inform content strategy and improve user journeys.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities for effective collaboration across departments.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments with changing priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Strategic, creative, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite advantageous.
• Capacity to multitask and excel in communication, analytical reasoning, and organization.
• Eye for fashion trends and creative awareness is a plus.
• Prior experience or interest in fashion industry valued.
• Independent worker with a cooperative and friendly attitude within teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships daily while paying close attention to detail.
• Committed to delivering high quality and efficient results.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $64,900 to $87,800 annually. Compensation will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, location, and relevant experience.
