About the Role

Role Overview

After comprehensive training, you will serve as the vital link between our field sales representatives and the headquarters. As a key interface, you will efficiently manage all tasks related to offers and orders, working quickly and with precision. You will also act as the primary point of contact for customers within internal sales and collaborate closely with marketing and customer management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain direct customer interaction with a friendly, proactive attitude ensuring speed and accuracy
• Facilitate cross-departmental cooperation
• Enter and coordinate orders defined in the inventory management system
• Manage logistics coordination with freight forwarders
• Monitor timelines and oversee the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse
• Carry out various administrative functions
• Act as the central interface to field teams

What We Expect

• Common sense combined with a quick and structured approach to tasks
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role is essential
• Fluency in German and good command of English
• Ability to work independently
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and tackle issues autonomously
