Creative Project Manager - Full Time Remote

Overview

We are 4Creatives, a D2C creative agency seeking a passionate Creative Project Manager to lead a dedicated production team fully remotely. Our team collaborates with major German e-commerce brands to deliver over 50 ads weekly. This role demands both strategic oversight and operational execution to ensure the continuous delivery of high-performing creatives and sales funnels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery by ensuring the production team meets weekly deadlines; step in to cover absent team members as needed.
• Maintain and achieve team performance goals by monitoring operational targets.
• Provide clear briefs and constructive feedback to Creative Strategists on new client projects and ongoing on-boardings, focusing on script and strategy development.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, handling communications in Slack and conducting regular customer calls.
• Act as the secondary contact point resolving issues escalated by Cutters, Content Managers, or Production Assistants.
• Manage team capacity by recognizing workload limits and overseeing recruitment and onboarding of new members.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, project management, staff development, and training initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years' professional experience in Performance Creative, Creative Strategy, or Paid Social media, ideally within a D2C agency or e-commerce brand.
• In-depth knowledge of direct response advertising and funnel creation, including writing compelling copy and evaluating effective creative materials and funnels.
• Strong operational skills to juggle multiple clients, deadlines, and team capacities simultaneously.
• Leadership capabilities centered on team management rather than micromanagement.
• Self-motivation and accountability to work independently and continuously seek improvements.
• Excellent customer orientation characterized by clear, professional, and solution-focused communication.
• A collaborative mindset combined with a sense of humor to foster supportive teamwork and maintain high-performance standards.
