About the Role

A consultancy engaged in a significant government sector project is seeking a Data Analyst for an 11-month contract based in Adelaide. This role supports a Salesforce transformation program by assisting in data cleansing, profiling, and mapping efforts to transition data onto a new platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and cleanse data extracted from legacy source systems.
• Translate business rules into precise data requirements and design corresponding data structures.
• Contribute to the data mapping and migration process into the Salesforce environment.
• Collaborate with business subject matter experts to define and clarify data needs, addressing data quality concerns.
• Engage with cross-functional delivery teams including analysts, developers, and business representatives to ensure alignment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in SQL and skilled in comprehensive data analysis.
• Experienced with data profiling and data cleansing methodologies.
• Adept at converting business rules into structured data schemas.
• Previous exposure to Salesforce or CRM data systems is considered a strong advantage.
