About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to contribute to a prominent organization in the UAE focused on leveraging data to generate insights that drive institutional efficiency and improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Create predictive models and design dashboards for data visualization and decision-making support.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of five years' experience in Data Science.
Master's or PhD degrees in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, or related disciplines.
Proficiency in predictive analytics, machine learning techniques, Python programming, SQL querying, and statistical modeling.

Preferred Experience

Background in the Higher Education sector.
Familiarity with frameworks and initiatives like MOHESR, OBEF, Institutional Research, Learning Analytics, Student Retention, Enrollment Forecasting, and Academic Performance Analytics.
Hands-on experience with Student Information Systems (SIS) and handling educational data.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary offered is AED 17000 monthly, along with additional family-related benefits.
