Role Overview

Join Blinkit as a Delivery Boy responsible for picking groceries and parcels from Blinkit dark stores and delivering them to customers efficiently, with a target delivery time between 10 to 20 minutes. This position requires use of the Blinkit Partner App to manage deliveries, maintain ratings, and adhere to timing standards.

Work Details

• Employment type: Full-time or Part-time with flexible shifts available (morning, evening, night).
• The job primarily involves outdoor activities and requires a bike or scooter.

Compensation

Earnings are primarily calculated per delivery plus incentives. The average pay per order ranges from ₹20 to ₹35.

• Monthly income varies as follows:
• ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 for regular full-time work.
• ₹40,000 to ₹70,000 for high performers putting in longer hours.
• Above ₹80,000 possible through intense work and incentives.

Conditions to Achieve Higher Earnings

• Work 10–12+ hours daily.
• Complete 25 to 40+ deliveries each day.
• Operate during peak hours, especially evening and night.
• Work in busy city locations to maximize order availability.

Compensation includes base pay, per order payments, incentives, and petrol allowance. However, this is a gig-based job with income fluctuating based on order availability, location demand, working hours and petrol costs which might be borne by the delivery person.

Example Earnings

A typical day with 30 orders at ₹25 per order plus incentives between ₹200 to ₹500 could yield approximately ₹900 to ₹1,200 daily, leading to a monthly income between ₹25,000 and ₹40,000 working 26 days.

• Must have a bike and valid driving license.
