About the role
This position sits behind the scenes and focuses on keeping distribution, content, and online reputation processes running smoothly across channels and systems. The role suits someone who enjoys structured work, close coordination with different teams, and improving how systems operate.
What you will do
- Improve and maintain distribution systems so that revenue potential is fully captured across all connected channels.
- Monitor booking system interfaces, track performance, and coordinate with system providers to ensure stable operation.
- Work with marketing to maintain and optimise content management tools such as Concerto HCM or Leonardo in order to improve content scores and boost Ruby Hotels’ visibility.
- Take ownership of IHG’s reputation management platform Medallia and the AI response tool MARA to support the brand’s online reputation.
- Reply to guest reviews from international audiences while following Ruby and IHG quality standards and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep all relevant systems functioning effectively.
What you bring
- Completed training in the hotel or travel sector, with preferred prior experience in a similar distribution-focused position.
- Practical exposure to distribution channels such as websites, OTAs, and GDS, along with an understanding of how hotel distribution systems operate.
- Working knowledge of content administration across Concerto HCM, OTA extranets, and GDS.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in bringing different teams and partners together.
- A structured approach to work, strong attention to detail, and an interest in improving processes.
- Good written and spoken English and German.
