Engineer – Civil Maintenance

Job Overview

We are seeking a Civil Maintenance Engineer to be based in Dubai, UAE. This is a direct hire position requiring a minimum of six years of professional experience. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and be aged 42 or below.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake preventive and corrective civil maintenance work on buildings, particularly in transmission substations, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
• Manage civil maintenance tasks ensuring thorough knowledge of building design, specification, and upkeep.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with no less than six years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with reputable construction or maintenance companies, focusing on civil building maintenance.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Proficiency in computer applications, preferably SAP, is required.

Applicants must be expatriates and meet the age requirement of under 43 years.
