Evening Supervisor

About the Position

The Evening Supervisor position at Centra Kilcullen is a full-time role responsible for leading and inspiring a team to ensure the store operates smoothly while delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Candidate Profile

• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
• Competent in organizing work, delegating tasks, and supporting team members.

Working Conditions

• Role requires 30 to 37.5 hours per week.
• Shift pattern consists of five days per week, with shifts lasting between 6 and 7.5 hours on a rotating schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Hourly pay rate is €15.50 plus an additional 5% premium on Sundays.
• Start and end times are approximate and may vary.
