About DBRC India

Role Overview
The Field Coordinator position is a full-time, onsite role located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating various field operations; mobilizing waste picker groups; supporting initiatives that address livelihoods, education, health, social inclusion; and facilitating beneficiaries' access to government welfare programs. This role requires regular field visits, organizing community meetings and training sessions, collecting and documenting relevant data, and drafting progress reports.
Collaboration
The coordinator will engage closely with community leaders, partner organizations, government departments, and team members to ensure projects are effectively executed and objectives are met.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of any Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven skills in community mobilization and field coordination, particularly with marginalized communities like Dalits, Adivasis, and informal sector workers.
- Experience in data gathering, documentation, and fundamental reporting to keep accurate records of outreach and impact.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities suitable for conducting meetings, workshops, and discussions in an inclusive and effective manner.
- At least two years of experience working within non-governmental organizations.
