Role Overview

This position sits at the crossroads of technology, security, and commercial strategy. As a Solution Manager, you will connect fraud protection products with customer business needs, helping organizations improve their security posture and fight financial crime. The role involves working with a range of industries, engaging senior stakeholders, and influencing the direction of fraud prevention approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main subject-matter expert for fraud protection offerings across the sales process.
• Run product demos, proof-of-concept exercises, and workshops that highlight fraud detection and prevention features.
• Lead and organize pre-sales work so customer goals are met smoothly and consistently.
• Evaluate client needs, fraud exposure, and regulatory expectations to suggest the best prevention approach.
• Create detailed project documentation that keeps delivery aligned with scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to shape and improve solution architecture so it fits both technical and business needs.
• Develop and deliver technical proposals, RFP responses, and compliance-related documents.
• Collect customer input and share it with product teams to support product improvements.
• Conduct seminars and training sessions on product functions, industry practices, and implementation methods.
• Represent the company at external marketing activities such as exhibitions, podcasts, webinars, and speaking events.
• Support clients during POCs by setting success criteria, managing solution setup, and coordinating integration, deployment, testing, and configuration tasks.
• Assist with solution delivery by handling installation and configuration of Group-IB products on-site or remotely.
• Provide technical assistance throughout the project lifecycle, including installation, post-sales integration, and ongoing support.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or fraud prevention, or 5 years in high-tech IT environments. A background in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales within fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or similar fields is important.

You should understand information security threats, including botnets, malware, social engineering, and modern fraud prevention methods. Practical experience with fraud detection tools, session-based fraud controls, enterprise fraud management systems, authentication technologies, risk-based scoring, and behavioral biometrics is expected.

Strong communication is essential, along with the ability to explain technical topics in business language for different audiences. You should also be comfortable with modern operating systems, mobile platform security, front-end and API integration concepts, and cryptographic principles used in fraud prevention.

A proactive attitude and a strong desire for continuous learning are important, as the role calls for becoming a trusted expert in the field.

Preferred Strengths

• Knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, IP, OSI/ISO, SSL, and VPN.
• Exposure to operating systems and their security frameworks.
• Understanding of web, Android, and iOS application architecture.
• Familiarity with web technologies, including browsers, servers, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, frameworks, and protocols.
• Awareness of banking and payment ecosystem technologies.
• Ability to work fluently in Arabic and English.
• French fluency is considered a strong advantage.
