We are currently seeking multiple Generalist AI Trainers to participate as project consultants in our AI Labor Marketplace. This role operates on a contract basis rather than as full-time employment.

Location: United States (Remote)

Engagement: Part-time, project-based remote work

Project Details

This position suits college students, recent graduates, data annotators, researchers, freelancers, and various professionals who desire flexible remote work arrangements. Contributors perform diverse AI training tasks aimed at improving AI systems’ accuracy, quality, and relevance. These tasks are generally clear-cut, requiring strong reading comprehension, critical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to follow instructions closely. No advanced technical skills are necessary.

Consultant Engagement Terms

This role is project-based and contractual. Consultants have full control over their schedules, must provide their own equipment, and can concurrently work with other organizations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and reviewing AI-generated content
• Comparing multiple AI responses to select the best alternative
• Classifying, labeling, or categorizing various data
• Adhering to project guidelines and quality standards
• Providing written feedback to enhance AI system performance
• Completing tasks requiring precise attention to detail and strict adherence to instructions

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work and based in the United States
• Possess a completed or in-progress college or post-secondary degree
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed instructions reliably
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a personal computer
• Previous experience in data annotation, AI training, content moderation, quality assurance, or research is advantageous but not mandatory
