Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-focused Senior HR Data Analyst / HRIS specialist to lead the management, enhancement, and analysis of HR systems and workforce data. This position is essential for maintaining data integrity, delivering actionable insights, and aiding strategic decisions across the HR department. The ideal applicant will have strong technical skills in HR systems, advanced analytics expertise, and a solid grasp of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret intricate HR data to uncover trends and insights concerning workforce metrics such as turnover, engagement, performance, and diversity.
- Create and sustain dashboards, scorecards, and reports targeted at leadership and HR stakeholders.
- Offer data-backed advice to bolster workforce planning and overall organizational strategy.
- Construct predictive models forecasting HR-related trends, including attrition and hiring needs.
- Function as the main administrator of HRIS platforms.
- Guarantee data accuracy, system reliability, and conformity with internal policies and external regulations.
- Define and uphold HR data governance standards, policies, and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, including local labor laws.
- Perform systematic data audits to sustain quality and security.
- Identify possibilities to automate HR processes and enhance system functionality.
- Implement workflow improvements aimed at boosting efficiency and minimizing manual tasks.
- Collaborate with HR teams to refine end-to-end procedures such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Work alongside HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and leadership to comprehend data needs.
- Translate organizational requirements into technical solutions and reporting formats.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to HR users on HRIS tools and reporting functions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related disciplines; a master's degree is favored.
- Between 5 to 8+ years' experience in HR analytics, HRIS management, or a closely related field.
- Documented experience with enterprise-level HR systems.
Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
- Proficiency with data analytics software including Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalents.
- Experience in data modeling and managing databases.
- Familiarity with statistical methods and predictive modeling is advantageous.
