About the Role

Crafco, Inc. is actively seeking a Human Resources Generalist to operate remotely from Denver, Colorado. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Talent Management, or People Operations. The HR Generalist acts as a vital collaborator, integrating with multiple departments and stakeholders to support and manage employee-focused functions and initiatives such as talent acquisition, performance and talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and other HR/OD activities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead coordination of recruitment activities and provide support in employee relations.
  • Represent the company at local job fairs across the Northwestern United States and foster connections with technical and trade schools in the region.
  • Travel locally to business sites in the Northwestern US to offer HR assistance as necessary, with travel expected up to 20% of the time.
  • Manage and support the administration of HR/Organizational Development functions including onboarding, training, performance evaluations, leadership development, culture initiatives, and change management.
  • Administer HRIS modules related to performance reviews, goal setting, and succession planning, preferably with experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Organizational Development and hiring managers to update job descriptions, post job ads, screen resumes, and conduct initial compliance-focused phone interviews.
  • Oversee the applicant tracking system, managing all vacancies and candidate information accurately, with experience in ApplicantPro or iSolved systems as an advantage.
  • Maintain professional business relationships both within and outside the company to support HR goals.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with vendors, consultants, staffing agencies, and talent sourcing partners as needed.
  • Compile and submit data for various projects, prepare reports, and assist with project management duties and meeting participation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and uphold the highest integrity standards in all aspects of the role.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Talent Development, or Training.
  • Minimum three years of experience administering HRIS systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management.
  • Event planning skills are desirable.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professionalism with the ability to maintain discretion and compliance in handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, independence, and a positive, solutions-driven mindset.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for required local travel.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
