Key Responsibilities

• Lead the production support operations for Informatica PowerCenter and IICS platforms.
• Monitor and manage ETL workflows ensuring seamless job executions.
• Resolve critical incidents by performing root cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot issues related to ETL failures, system performance, and data inconsistencies.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and support staff.
• Oversee change requests, implement enhancements, and coordinate deployment activities.
• Evaluate ETL design approaches and suggest performance optimization strategies.
• Maintain compliance with service level agreements and promote operational best practices.
• Support software releases and conduct post-deployment validations.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior team members.
• Document processes, support procedures, and maintain knowledge bases.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proficient in SQL and knowledgeable in Data Warehousing concepts.
• Proven experience handling production support environments.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Background in support and enhancement projects.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech/B.E., B.C.A., or B.Sc. degree in any specialization.
