Installation Engineer

Job Overview

The Installation Engineer will be responsible for delivering installation, service, maintenance, and commissioning of various products. This role involves hands-on involvement in electrical wiring, assembling components, and developing in-house electrical wiring systems to ensure efficient machine operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specifications and supervise fabrication and machining components.
• Provide maintenance and service support for all products, including site visits for customer support.
• Execute installation and commissioning activities to ensure smooth product operation.
• Generate detailed inspection and service reports for products post-testing and servicing.

Tasks and Activities

• Assembly Fitment: Coordinate with seniors regarding machining, fabrication, and drilling tasks. Handle grinding, drilling, and fitting machine components accurately.
• Understand product design deeply to assemble and fit machines correctly.
• Test and inspect machines prior to dispatch, preparing comprehensive inspection reports.
• Provide continuous service and maintenance both onsite and at customer locations.

• Electrical Wiring: Plan materials needed for electrical wiring related to machine control panels.
• Carry out electrical wiring for machines and develop control panels responsible for proper machine functionality.

• Fabrication: Operate cutting saw cutters, grinding machines, and gas cutters. Plan and prepare sheet metal items for welding and fabrication.
• Ensure incoming materials such as laser-cut, punched, bent, and rolled sheet metal are checked thoroughly.
• Perform welding, grinding, finishing, and inspection tasks to meet quality standards.

• Assembly and Testing: Conduct assembly fitment and functional testing before painting.
• Perform painting using powder coating techniques and carry out final inspection of products.
