Role Summary

This role focuses on establishing and enhancing partnerships with colleges, universities, and other educational bodies. Responsibilities include driving collaborations, organizing campus events, interacting with key decision-makers, and expanding AHAM Group's presence within educational institutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Forge and manage institutional partnerships and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
• Engage with Principals, Placement Officers, and management teams.
• Effectively present AHAM Group’s services and partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate the organization of seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions.
• Identify new business prospects and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Compile reports and follow up with partner institutions regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Relationship management and negotiation capabilities.
• Good command of English, including moderate proficiency.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace tools.

Eligibility and Experience

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience in areas such as Business Development, Institutional Relations, Education Consultancy, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.

Additional Information

• Job location: On-site at R.S. Puram, Coimbatore.
• Compensation: INR 3.0 to 3.8 LPA, approximately 25000 to 31000 INR per month.
• Number of openings: 3 positions available.
• Immediate joining preferred.
