Your Impact

You will participate in impactful, real-world projects across multiple industries, utilizing your passion and skills in Technology and AI. Working in small teams (~3-5 members), you will lead digital transformations touching business processes, technology, and people, delivering value through innovation and reinvention.

Your responsibilities encompass analyzing data, developing and testing hypotheses, formulating recommendations, and presenting results to client leadership. Collaboration with client teams to implement these solutions is integral.

You will translate complex business challenges into analytical models and ensure their effectiveness through appropriate metrics.

Located in the Singapore office, you will be part of McKinsey's Tech & AI unit that combines advanced digital capabilities like AI transformation, agile methodologies, cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT modernization, working across technology and various business functions including finance, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business (Economics, Finance, Management) or technical disciplines such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• Preferred minimum of 4 years full-time work experience, particularly in leveraging analytics and AI for product growth or in technical roles like data science, engineering, or software development. Candidates with less experience may be considered for Business Analyst roles.
• Exceptional academic achievements combined with knowledge or enthusiasm in digital technology, IT, and business strategy.
• Proven leadership abilities demonstrated either professionally or through extracurricular activities.
• Strong teamwork skills with the capability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
