Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Junior Document Controller to assist in the management of project documentation and maintain strict quality management systems within our operations.

Key Duties

• Organize, maintain, and update all project-related documents, drawings, and records.
• Monitor and control document revisions to ensure correct version management.
• Handle the submission process of documents, transmittals, and related correspondence.
• Liaise with engineering and project teams to streamline document workflows.
• Archive and retrieve documents following company policies to maintain compliance.
• Assist in enforcing document control standards and quality assurance requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a bachelor's degree or diploma in any field.
• Minimum of one year experience in document control or managing project documentation.
• Competent in MS Office applications; familiarity with Aconex, SharePoint, or similar Electronic Document Management Systems is favorable.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
• Capable of performing duties accurately in a demanding and fast-moving environment.
