Role Overview

The Social team at Kaizen is expanding, and we're seeking a proactive Junior Social Creative ready to make an impact. We value curiosity, passion for content that performs, and a fresh perspective over years of experience. You'll work closely with a small, dynamic team to develop engaging and innovative social content.

Responsibilities

Develop captivating content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels.
Transform strategic ideas into creative outputs involving conceptualization, filming, editing, copywriting, and related activities.
Actively contribute unique viewpoints during brainstorming sessions, challenging norms to elevate content quality.
Maintain strong awareness of current culture and social trends with high engagement online to recognize timely opportunities.
Create diverse content formats, series, and creative themes that define client brand identities.
Manage social projects across various bold and ambitious brands.

Candidate Profile

At least one year of experience producing social media content.
Genuine enthusiasm for organic social media and insight into what drives effective content.
Innovative thinker focused on originating trends rather than following them.
Proficiency with editing software such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere and familiarity with design and copywriting principles.
A portfolio reflecting your creative thinking process, beyond just finished work.
Confidence to question briefs and collaborate to enhance ideas.

Location & Work Setup

This role is based in Old Street, London, with a hybrid working pattern requiring attendance at the office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday). The position is full-time starting as soon as possible.
