Graduate Programme Overview
This graduate program is designed to develop talent through immersive training tailored to FinTech and Capital Markets. It combines university partnerships and hands-on experience with client-facing roles, aiming to cultivate skills essential for a successful software engineering career. The program starts with structured training before graduates engage in diverse projects, including technical business analysis, software testing, data engineering, and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced teams to deliver technical solutions that add value to clients.
- Gain practical experience across projects in data management, engineering, and cloud computing.
- Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
- Apply problem-solving, analysis, and innovative thinking to address client challenges.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
- Graduated no earlier than 2025.
- Up to one year of professional software engineering experience (excluding placements or apprenticeships).
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.
