It combines university partnerships and hands-on experience with client-facing roles, aiming to cultivate skills essential for a successful software engineering career. The program starts with structured training before graduates engage in diverse projects, including technical business analysis, software testing, data engineering, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• Graduated no earlier than 2025.
• Up to one year of professional software engineering experience (excluding placements or apprenticeships).
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.
