Role Overview
The Learning and Development Program Manager will play a critical role in shaping and expanding SentiLink's learning culture. This foundational position involves creating the overall learning strategy, improving current initiatives, and launching new programs that support employee development at all levels—from onboarding to leadership growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and take charge of the company’s L&D strategy by identifying skill gaps and prioritizing impactful learning efforts.
- Create and continually refine learning programs covering onboarding, fraud education, management and leadership training, and professional development.
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to discern capability requirements and craft actionable learning solutions that boost personal and company-wide performance.
- Organize and deliver dynamic workshops and training sessions tailored for employees, managers, and executives.
- Enhance knowledge accessibility and sharing by developing scalable resources, documentation, and self-service tools.
- Evaluate learning initiatives using metrics and participant feedback to improve effectiveness consistently.
- Lead learning and development activities, balancing strategic planning with active program implementation.
Candidate Requirements
- Six to ten years of experience in consulting, learning & development, talent development, or related areas, with a focus on constructing and expanding learning programs rather than just delivering pre-existing content.
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Strong project management aptitude, capable of independently managing multiple programs from concept to completion.
- Expertise in designing engaging, practical learning experiences for adult learners.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, building programs from the ground up.
- A curious, collaborative, practical, and execution-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within startups or rapidly growing technology companies.
- Background supporting technical teams is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range is $155,000 to $200,000 annually, accompanied by equity and comprehensive benefits.
