Logistics Operations Manager

About the Role

We seek an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead daily supply chain and logistics activities. This position is responsible for managing transportation, overseeing warehouse operations, coordinating inventory movements, planning dispatch schedules, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring on-time deliveries.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise and streamline transportation and warehouse processes to guarantee efficient supply chain flow.
• Plan and schedule dispatches to meet delivery deadlines effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain seamless operations and timely supply.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and optimize costs associated with logistics.
• Maintain precise records pertaining to logistics activities and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards throughout operations.

Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Hold at least two years of practical experience in logistics or operations management roles.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational planning, and problem-resolution skills.
• Be proficient in MS Excel and have experience utilizing ERP or logistics management software tools.
• Capable of managing multiple teams, vendors, and concurrent logistics operations efficiently.
