Maintenance Manager

Role Overview

As the Maintenance Manager, you will spearhead all maintenance-related activities to guarantee optimal functioning of our production machinery and auxiliary facilities such as HVAC systems, boilers, and CO2 installations. Your leadership will be essential in managing a skilled technical team, handling significant capital and operational expenditures, and deploying advanced preventive maintenance strategies to support our production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage departmental budgets covering personnel, essential spare parts, and major equipment refurbishment projects.
• Design and enforce maintenance schedules that ensure all site assets operate at peak conditions.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team, promoting a culture emphasizing safety, ongoing improvement, and expertise enhancement.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement process optimizations aimed at minimizing downtime and improving efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout the facilities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Educational background in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, or Electronics Engineering.
• Between 5 to 7 years of experience managing plant maintenance or engineering, preferably within the beverage, bottling, or FMCG sectors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel spreadsheets, and ERP tools, specifically SAP PM module, with the capability to interpret blueprints and technical layouts.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication abilities; fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
