Manager International Learning & Development

About the Role

Montblanc, a distinguished luxury brand headquartered in Hamburg, is seeking a full-time Manager for International Learning & Development. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Director of People Experience to activate the company's learning strategy, working closely with Richemont Group, local HR units, and global teams to design and execute learning programs that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging learning experiences across formats including e-learning, workshops, and blended learning guided by the company’s Competency Model and business needs.
• Facilitate training sessions, co-development initiatives, seminars, workshops, and webinars tailored for a variety of audiences worldwide.
• Continuously improve the learning portfolio to promote a culture of lifelong learning throughout Montblanc.
• Collaborate with Richemont Group and HR business partners to successfully implement and localize learning initiatives across regions.
• Develop content that equips managers to drive performance management, development planning, and career advancement.
• Manage and enhance digital learning platforms, including the Learning Management System and LinkedIn Learning.
• Identify and adopt innovative learning methodologies, external partnerships, and stay abreast of emerging trends to keep offerings relevant and engaging.
• Maximize synergies by leveraging group-wide and maison learning programs to increase impact and reduce redundancy.
• Monitor development program effectiveness through KPIs, refining learning solutions based on data and participant feedback.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of five years’ experience in Learning & Development or a closely related domain.
• University degree or equivalent educational qualification.
• Proven expertise in creating and facilitating diverse learning programs in an international environment.
• Certified Coach and/or Trainer credentials.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders within a matrix organizational structure.
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong ability to translate concepts into captivating learning experiences.
• Capable of working autonomously while cultivating trusted collaborative relationships across cultures and departments.
• Strong analytical aptitude and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication abilities in both English and German.
