MES System Engineer

Overview

Join Wanfeng Auto Holding Group Co. Ltd as a MES System Engineer responsible for maintaining and enhancing IoT platforms to ensure stable operation. This role involves integration and interface development with intelligent devices and industry applications, as well as programming and testing of PLC systems for smooth data exchange.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance and secondary development of the IoT platform based on evolving requirements to maintain system stability.
• Lead development and debugging of interfaces for smart device integration, device management, data acquisition, communication protocol adaptation, and access control modules.
• Design, develop, test, and implement API interfaces between the IoT platform and client industry applications.
• Participate in PLC program development and debugging for production equipment to guarantee seamless data interaction.
• Create and update technical design documents, interface specifications, and operational manuals to support team knowledge retention.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in automation, computer science, electronic information, or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with IoT platform architecture and proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java or Python, with experience in interface development.
• Hands-on experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi) and understanding of industrial communication protocols including Modbus and OPC UA.
• Proven ability in cross-system integration, independently troubleshooting and debugging API interfaces.
• Prior project experience in MES/IoT within the automotive parts or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
