Role Overview

Design at Revolut is a harmony of creativity and meticulous precision, meeting and exceeding the high visual expectations of our customers. We are seeking a Motion Designer to join our Brand Studio and produce dynamic motion graphics that vividly represent and extend our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and creative motion design content.
• Design end cards and other graphic elements for integration into videos.
• Edit both new video content and existing footage efficiently.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive video asset library and establish clear guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Localisation team to manage versions for different regions, handle voice-over artistes, and deliver final content to Marketing Managers.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Motion Designer.
• Ability to concurrently manage creative projects spanning multiple geographic markets and versions.
• Proficiency with major video editing software and strong video editing capabilities.
• Basic competency in audio editing.
• Understanding of various file formats utilized in video and sound editing.
• Familiarity with Figma and spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premiere.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with creative management platforms such as Celtra or Ad.lib.
• Skill in color grading for video content.
