About the Role
Summit K12 seeks a dynamic Multimedia Designer to join their Creative Studio amid a high-demand period. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative setting and is comfortable taking charge of diverse projects spanning graphic design, illustration, and video production.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality digital and print materials consistent with Summit K12 branding.
- Create original illustrations, icons, and diagrams to enrich educational content.
- Edit and produce videos supporting product, marketing, training, and instructional needs.
- Work closely with designers, video producers, curriculum developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver creative projects.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently while adhering to tight timelines.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail during production and quality review stages.
- Adapt flexibly to evolving priorities and business demands.
- Follow established creative guidelines, workflows, and SOPs.
- Incorporate team feedback effectively while maintaining a cooperative mindset.
- Use AI-based tools where suitable to enhance efficiency without compromising quality.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Proven professional experience in graphic design and creative production.
- Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Cloud suite: Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects preferred.
- Skilled in crafting illustrations and various visual assets.
- Experience producing and editing professional-grade video content.
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, branding, and visual narrative techniques.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities under pressure.
- Well-developed organizational and time management competence.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with AI-driven creative software considered a benefit.
