Prompt Information Technology Services LLC delivers technology solutions that enhance security, operational efficiency, and business growth. We are looking for a committed Network & Security Engineer to develop and manage dependable and secure IT infrastructures for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain networking infrastructure and security solutions within Windows Server environments.
• Set up and configure hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, NVR, DVR, NAS, email systems, and printers.
• Provide routine IT support through the Zoho helpdesk platform.
• Continuously monitor network and endpoint security to ensure optimal uptime, system performance, and threat prevention.
• Rapidly diagnose and resolve issues affecting desktops and network services.
• Develop and apply security protocols, tools, and policies to protect client systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (attested) in Computer Networking, IT Infrastructure, or related discipline.
• Two to four years of practical experience in network administration and security focusing on Windows Server platforms.
• Relevant certifications preferred include MCSE and CCNP.
• Strong skills in networking, firewall management, switching, routing, and server setup including Hyper-V virtualization.
• Possessing a UAE driving license is advantageous.
