Overnight Associate

Role Overview

This position focuses on delivering excellent customer service by handling merchandise from receipt through to placement on the sales floor in a safe, clean environment. The Associate works collaboratively with the team to plan and manage tasks based on workload and operational needs during overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sales floor prior to store opening.
• Set up, merchandise, and sign promotional features.
• Perform live unloading of various types of merchandise.
• Emphasize labeling and organizing merchandise within backroom bins and stocking.
• Move pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight handling.
• Support stocking on the sales floor as directed and provide customer assistance when required.
• Label sales floor areas ahead of store opening.
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment by following company policies, including safety sweeps and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The starting wage for this role is $16.15 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
