Overview

As a Pricer at Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast, you will be essential in ensuring smooth store operations by sorting, pricing, and preparing donated items for sale. Your detail-oriented approach guarantees that donations are managed responsibly and supports Goodwill's mission to transform lives through employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort incoming donations into categories: saleable, salvageable, or trash.
• Assign accurate prices to merchandise using standard price guides.
• Stock products, rotate inventory, and arrange merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the work environment.
• Achieve daily production targets to maintain efficient donation processing.
• Deliver excellent customer and donor service consistently.
• Adhere to all safety, security, and organizational policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferably knowledge of clothing, antiques, and collectibles.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Availability to work day shifts, evenings, and weekends.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, and reach frequently.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds regularly; assistance required for heavier items.
• Capacity to perform repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity and exert muscle force as necessary.
