Programming Faculty / Computer Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Programming Faculty to provide comprehensive training in programming languages and software development principles to students. This role involves designing and conducting lectures, assignments, and hands-on sessions to foster effective learning and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct instruction in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, and Web Technologies.
• Prepare and deliver lectures, practical assignments, and coding exercises.
• Support students with project guidance, coding techniques, and problem-solving strategies.
• Assess student progress regularly through tests and assignments.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and current industry standards.
• Keep accurate records of student attendance and training outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• In-depth understanding of programming concepts and logical thinking.
• Effective communication and instructional abilities.
• Capability to simplify complex concepts into understandable and practical instructions.
• Awareness of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.

Educational Background

Applicants should hold degrees such as BCA, BSc IT, BE, B Tech, MCA or a related academic qualification.

Additional Information

This position is located in Pune, Maharashtra, specifically at the Dhyari Phata and Narhe areas. Candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience are preferred; however, motivated freshers with strong knowledge are also welcome to apply.

Compensation: The salary range offered is INR 10,000 to 16,000 per month.
