Job Overview
The Project Assistant role involves managing and fulfilling project delivery tasks to meet designated Service Level Agreements in both timeline and quality. The individual will liaise closely with the project team to ensure smooth execution and completion of assigned project components.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive project recruitment activities accurately and on schedule.
- Have deep familiarity with recruitment approaches for both quantitative and qualitative research studies and coordinate with internal teams to leverage optimal recruitment strategies for maximum completions.
- Collaborate with other departments in initiating internal recruitment measures including telephone outreach, targeted emails, and bespoke recruitment methods.
- Ensure all project-related tasks comply with client deadlines, budget constraints, and internal service standards.
- Proactively propose alternative sampling and recruitment techniques to enhance response rates and optimize cost efficiency.
- Handle multiple live projects (20+) spanning diverse market research methodologies to broaden expertise in recruitment for research studies.
- Provide regular recruitment progress reports and raise any concerns or issues to internal teams through proper communication channels.
- Make outbound calls to client-supplied lists, circumventing gatekeepers to connect with required contacts and meet project dialing goals.
- Use recruitment software and platforms confidently, including MR System and external email tools.
- Report any quality-related concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Demonstrate initiative by supporting ongoing projects via available communication and instructions.
Educational and Experience Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Relevant studies in market research or healthcare field are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Between zero to one year of experience within market research contexts preferred.
Desired Skills and Attributes
- Excellent written and verbal command of English with strong grammar skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and fast at learning new software tools and technologies.
- Natural curiosity or prior exposure to healthcare environments is beneficial.
- Strong critical thinking with a proactive approach towards skill enhancement and problem-solving using all resources.
- Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively to fulfill study and department goals.
- Highly self-driven with the capacity to adjust task priorities dynamically throughout the day.
