Global Delivery Services Centre

The Global Delivery Services Centre (GDSC) is a key business unit within the organization, focused on enhancing project delivery on a global scale. This unit blends technical and digital expertise, supporting projects from inception through completion, complying with international design standards, and ensuring premium quality and innovation.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and cost aspects of projects including budget preparation and resource allocation.
• Track actual costs and hours against budgets and conduct earned value analysis.
• Create and handle agreements, change control documents, and invoices.
• Coordinate with internal clients to get approvals for change controls and invoices.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports to monitor project status.
• Assist Project Manager with Business Management System functions.
• Analyze current dashboards and collaborate with the digital team to develop new dashboards using Power BI.
• Support Project Managers with their daily operational tasks as needed.
• Ensure correct archiving and standardization of project data following Project Manager directives.
• Engage proactively in process improvements via automation and digital delivery practices.

Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Finance (BE/BTech or B.Com/M.Com), with additional finance qualifications considered a plus.
• Between 5 to 7 years of project control and commercial management experience specifically in infrastructure projects within design consultancy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
