Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our team. This role requires an individual with experience in real estate development, construction, or contracting sectors. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and guiding project execution, coordinating amongst various stakeholders, and ensuring the project's adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise project progress in line with approved plans and schedules.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration between consultants, contractors, and other involved parties.
- Thoroughly review design plans and technical drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Monitor the quality of work performed, ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards.
- Generate and submit regular progress reports to management.
- Identify operational risks and challenges, proposing effective solutions.
- Work with internal teams to guarantee availability of resources needed for project completion.
- Assist in meeting the project goals related to timing, budgeting, and quality standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is mandatory.
- At least five years of professional experience in real estate development, construction, or related project fields.
- Active membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
- Proven expertise in managing projects and technical reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Primavera P6 and AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and time management skills.
- Capacity to perform under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Preference is given to candidates residing in the Eastern Province.
