Role Overview

The position opens at both Project Engineer and Senior Project Engineer levels, based on experience. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and onsite teams to ensure successful project execution from design stages through to completion. Senior-level professionals will also assume expanded responsibility including coordination leadership and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and oversee site operations to support project delivery.
• Address and manage design challenges in partnership with consultants and internal teams.
• Contribute to or lead the creation and maintenance of project schedules and program development.
• Monitor and manage project cost tracking, quality assurance, and environmental compliance.
• Promote and enforce health and safety standards across all project activities.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at process improvements and smarter work methodologies.

Candidate Profile

• Possess relevant qualifications in building or construction.
• Demonstrate proven experience on large-scale building projects, preferably Tier 1 or Tier 2.
• Exhibit strong technical knowledge and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and design workflows.
• Well-versed in cost control, quality standards, and schedule management.
• Commitment to fostering safety practices and a positive team environment.
