Project Executive

A leading general contractor operating in Seattle seeks an experienced Project Executive to provide high-level leadership across complex commercial construction projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction phases through project closeout with executive supervision.
• Lead and guide project teams comprising Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and administrative personnel.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships by maintaining proactive communication, consistent follow-up, and successful project completion.
• Collaborate with estimating, purchasing, preconstruction, and operations teams to facilitate effective project planning, budgeting, and ensure profitability.
• Track and manage project financials including budgets, forecasts, change orders, cost controls, and general project health monitoring.
• Contribute to contract evaluation, risk management, procurement strategies, and subcontractor negotiation processes.
• Promote and sustain professional, fair, and cooperative relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to company standards, safety regulations, quality benchmarks, and client expectations.
• Provide decisive leadership during project challenges, enabling teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Mentor project staff by setting performance standards, offering feedback, and fostering career advancement.
• Identify potential for repeat business, client base expansion, and new business opportunities.
• Act as a professional representative of the company with clients, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and community stakeholders.

Compensation

The role offers a base salary ranging from 215000 to 250000 annually, commensurate with experience including project expertise, leadership qualities, industry relationships, and overall suitability for the position.
