Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead significant AI, digital transformation, cloud, data, and enterprise modernization projects for major global clients. This leadership role combines comprehensive program management, executive stakeholder engagement, strategic consulting, and business growth responsibilities. The successful candidate will have a history of directing complex technology programs within enterprise environments while cultivating trusted executive relationships.

Key Duties

Manage the full lifecycle delivery of AI, digital transformation, cloud, data, and enterprise modernization projects from initial discovery through execution and value realization, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality goals.
Enhance client relationships to drive account expansion through strategic consulting and securing additional business opportunities across multiple years.
Create and maintain program documentation such as charters, roadmaps, comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and governance models for simultaneous initiatives.
Oversee program governance activities including executive reporting, risk and issue management, milestone tracking, dependency coordination, change control, and stakeholder communications.
Act as a trusted advisor conducting workshops for discovery, business process reviews, modernization roadmaps, and transformation strategy alignment.
Collaborate with technical and business teams—engineering, AI, product, cloud, data—to translate client goals into practical delivery plans that yield measurable business outcomes.
Regularly monitor delivery progress using KPIs and financial metrics to ensure continuous improvement and successful ROI.
Lead cross-functional teams by eliminating barriers, ensuring accountability, and fostering collaboration for project success.

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in program management, consulting, client delivery, technical account management, or digital transformation with hands-on enterprise delivery and client relationship responsibilities.
Proven success leading end-to-end enterprise technology programs including governance, budgeting, resource and risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Track record of building strong executive client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, and expanding client engagements through consultative approaches.
Experience in delivering initiatives involving AI, Generative AI, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Data & Analytics, Enterprise Applications, or Digital Transformation projects.
Solid understanding and experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methods, managing multiple programs simultaneously.
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Certification

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
