Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert and lead decision-making within the team.
• Design and implement solutions for complex client needs in the PTC Windchill environment.
• Identify and resolve significant technical challenges impacting project outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering their skill and professional growth.
• Collaborate across teams to align on critical technical and project matters.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet objectives.
• Perform intensive debugging, troubleshooting, and software optimization.
• Ensure smooth integration of software modules across various client systems.
• Document technical specifications and design details comprehensively.

Candidate Requirements

• 6 to 11 years of experience in software engineering roles.
• Minimum of five years with hands-on experience in PTC Windchill.
• Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices in software design and testing.
• Experience with version control and code repository management.
• Proficient in debugging and improving software performance.
• Skillful in software module integration and maintaining compatibility across diverse client environments.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 15 years of formal education).
