Receptionist

About the Role

We are seeking a Receptionist to join the welcoming Front Office team at Hodson Bay Hotel on either a full-time or part-time basis. Joining a multicultural workforce of over 900 employees from more than 50 countries, you will become part of a highly valued team delivering exceptional guest service. Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and serve as their primary contact throughout their stay.
• Anticipate guest needs proactively to enhance the overall quality of service and satisfaction.
• Support the Front Office team with daily operations, managing tasks from check-in to checkout.
• Contribute to organizing and improving the Reception area with effective system management.
• Consistently deliver top-tier customer service while maximizing booking opportunities through product knowledge and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain the highest standards of guest services within the hotel environment at all times.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• At least one year of relevant experience in a busy hotel front office role is preferred.
• Familiarity with Front Office Systems, especially Opera, is advantageous.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
