Key Responsibilities

• Organise sector review meetings by managing scheduling, calendars, logistics, and travel arrangements for both research staff and fund managers
• Administer contracts and opportunities using CRM and e-signature tools, tracking pending actions and following up as necessary
• Handle shared inbox communications, responding to general inquiries and escalating issues to the research team when needed
• Draft meeting agendas, maintain registers, and ensure accurate, current research documentation
• Enhance the operational effectiveness of the research team through administrative and coordination support
• Work collaboratively with Legal and Research departments to guarantee timely and precise process completion

Required Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within financial services, fintech, wealth management, or other regulated sectors
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and a strong affinity for systems and process optimization
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in managing diverse stakeholder interactions professionally
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational capability to handle competing priorities efficiently
• Proactive nature, team-oriented mindset, and enjoyment in providing support within a collaborative environment
